Every Spring, City Staff present an annual budget to the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino. The annual budget serves as the City's financial plan for the upcoming fiscal year that begins July 1st and ends June 30th. This annual budget document is the full version presented and adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino. The budget document is divided into fourteen sections.
