When companies hit their capacity in office or facility space, the search for a new location can be arduous. With many factors to consider – cost, commutes, accessibility, functionality, and more – business owners can’t take the decision to relocate lightly. When the executives of Mentor Media, an innovative global supply chain services provider, outgrew their space in Eastvale, they knew they needed square footage that could accommodate their massive growth and reliable labor to staff their new space.
“Many of our warehouse workers live closer to San Bernardino than they did to our old location, so not only did the move make it more convenient for them, but we’ve benefitted from San Bernardino’s eager workforce,” said Matt Martinez, Business Operations Manager at Mentor Media.
Like many organizations nationwide, Mentor Media was struggling to fill its open job positions throughout 2021. Since moving to San Bernardino, however, with more than double the workspace, Mentor Media is fully staffed and ready for more growth.
“Our space in San Bernardino is a brand new facility and has all the bells and whistles to ensure we can handle our business and clients’ needs efficiently,” said Martinez.

Mentor Media is the only 3PL (third-party logistics) provider whose warehouse is certified Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ). This important distinction by the U.S. government means that companies can store their merchandise in one location and ship items out from that area, as if they were made there, a crucial element to eliminating supply chain delays. For organizations that rely on frequent national and international shipping and trade, companies like Mentor Media are key to success.
“Our clients range from high-tech to low-tech and count on us to increase their revenues, reduce costs, maintain sustainability, and enhance customer experiences,” said Martinez.
Mentor Media is a trusted vendor to several Fortune 100 companies in consumer electronics, communications, computing, medical devices, software, and retail. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Elanders Group, Mentor Media has the capability to provide global selling and shipping solutions while still offering personal customer service and collaboration.
“Our global network is a big benefit to our customers, depending on where their products are made,” shared Martinez.
The new Mentor Media office is located on Washington Avenue.
In addition to the supply chain services Mentor Media offers, the company also specializes in e-business integrations for ecommerce businesses, print and packaging management, and other value-added services that improve customer experiences and reinforce clients’ ability to grow.
“The City of San Bernardino has been helpful as we’ve settled into our space,” shared Martinez. “From getting our business license to getting our inspections approved, the whole process has been seamless.”
“Setting up in a new space can be challenging for business owners and requires significant investment, which is why we do our best at the City to make tasks simple, quick, and sensible,” said City of San Bernardino Councilmember Juan Figueroa, Ward 3. “We can’t wait to see how Mentor Media flourishes in their new home.”
